We are led by the Holy Ghost — moving with joy, vision, and divine direction in everything we do. When you are obedient to the Lord, there is a supernatural joy that resides on the inside of you. As a ministry, we endeavor to stay joyful and Spirit-led in all that we do.
1 Corinthians 2:9–10 · Romans 8:14We walk in self-control, consistency, and excellence — crucifying the flesh and staying committed to growth. God empowers you through the Holy Spirit to be diligent and operate in excellence, seen in a self-motivated and disciplined life.
1 Corinthians 9:27 · Hebrews 12:11We take responsibility for our words, actions, and assignments — faithful in what God has entrusted to us. We guard over our lives the way Paul did in 1 Corinthians 9:27. When you are accountable to yourself and others, there is safety and security for advancement.
Luke 16:10 · Galatians 6:5We walk in truth, honesty, and purity — living upright both publicly and privately. A part of the foundation of this ministry is holiness, integrity, and purity, and we expect it to be the same in our organization of leaders.
Proverbs 11:3 · 1 Peter 1:15–16Unity is a powerful force — when groups of people gather in unity, they can accomplish anything. We are united in vision, submitted to God's order, Spirit, and Word. We are committed to walking together in agreement in spirit and in truth.
Amos 3:3 · Psalm 133:1We produce lasting fruit, multiplying impact and advancing the Kingdom through everything we do. Anything that doesn't produce maximum results, we are willing to adjust accordingly — we are adaptable to the process.
John 15:8We live and operate by faith — speaking the Word, believing boldly, and expecting results. It is our aim to please God in everything we do, and without faith it is impossible to do so. There is no room in this ministry for doubt to be spoken.
2 Corinthians 5:7 · Mark 11:23We do everything as unto the Lord — rejecting mediocrity and honoring God with our best.
Colossians 3:23We stay humble, open, and hungry to grow — welcoming instruction and correction. You should always be a student of the Word, which will produce humility and favor in your life.
Proverbs 9:9We manage time, resources, and opportunities with wisdom and faithfulness. Everything we have belongs to the Lord, and we aim to steward it in reverence of the leading of the Holy Spirit and written wisdom in the Word of God.
1 Corinthians 4:2We remain faithful to God, leadership, and the vision — even when it's tested.
Proverbs 17:17We are contending to have a major move of God in our generation. You must carry that same spirit in all that you do — adhering to these values, the organization handbook, and the clearly written commands of Scripture. When you do that, God will bless your faithfulness and use you to do a great work for the Kingdom of God.
