I AM
the door.

"I am the door: by Me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture." John 10:9

In the days of Noah, life looked normal. People were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage. The ark stood there for years as a visible warning, and they walked past it every day until the rain came.

They did not reject the ark because they could not see it. They rejected it because they did not believe.

And the issue today is exactly the same. It is not visibility. It is belief.

The ark had one door. There was no second entrance. There was no side gate. There was no negotiation about another way in. Jesus picks up that picture and says it Himself: I am the door. Not a door. Not one of many. The door. Nor is there salvation in any other, Peter said, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.

When the flood came, the door of the ark was shut. The same people who had ignored the warning were suddenly desperate to get in — but the time of the offer had passed.

Today, the door is still open. Behold, now is the accepted time. Behold, now is the day of salvation. But that door will not stay open forever, and tomorrow is not promised to anyone outside of covenant.

If you have been hearing His voice and putting it off, do not put it off another day. Walk through the door while it is still open.

A PRAYER

Lord Jesus, I will not harden my heart. Today I hear Your voice. Today I walk through the door. I confess You as Lord and I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. Save me, fill me, claim me as Your own, in Jesus' name, amen.
